Context
We're looking for a Portfolio PMO to build and lead our Professional Services governance framework and enable data-driven decision‐making at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement portfolio governance frameworks (status reporting, RAG, escalation paths)
- Maintain a consolidated view of portfolio performance (risks, dependencies, financials)
- Design and own KPI frameworks across delivery, financial performance, and operations
- Develop dashboards and reporting to support executive decision‐making
- Standardise processes, templates, and tools across regions
- Ensure data accuracy and a reliable single source of truth
- Support PS Managers and Project Managers with best practices and governance guidelines
- Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes and maturity

Key skills and requirements
- 7–10+ years in PMO, portfolio management, or delivery operations
- Experience in SaaS, Professional Services, or consulting environments
- Strong exposure to governance frameworks, KPI design, and executive reporting




- Experience managing multi‐project / multi‐country environments
- KPI definition and performance tracking
- Risk and escalation management
- Financial and delivery performance analysis
- Dashboarding and data modelling (Excel, BI tools)
- Process standardisation & optimisationFamiliarity with PM tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, etc.)
- Professional working proficiency in Italian language
- Proficient in English, both in written and verbal communication
- French is a plus
