Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Solar Field Technicians to join our client's growing team in Sicily, Italy. This role involves hands‐on technical work at solar farm installations, ensuring optimal performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting of photovoltaic systems.

We are recruiting for sites across Sicily, including (but not limited to):
Ragusa & Surrounding Areas: Modica,
Vittoria, Comiso, Scicli, pozzalo
Candidates must be based in Sicily (or willing to commute).
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning
Install, commission, and test solar PV systems at utility‐scale solar farms
Connect solar panels, inverters, and electrical components according to technical specifications
Perform system integration and grid connection procedures
Conduct pre‐commissioning inspections and quality checks
Maintenance & Operations
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on solar installations
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in PV systems
Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization
Replace faulty components including panels, inverters, cables, and junction boxes
Safety & Compliance
Adhere to all health and safety regulations on‐site
Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols
