Role Overview
The BWS Special Projects Unit oversees BWS's long‐standing projects while leading the development and pre‐production of new show formats, emotional master‐planning,



and attraction concepts. The Unit operates across multiple disciplines, including:
Live events and ceremonies
Ticketed shows based on original IP
Architecture and design of theatres and public spaces
Temporary and permanent artistic installations and exhibitions
The Project Manager works in close collaboration with the Head of Production and the Executive Producer, supporting the overall planning, production and management of the projects assigned to the Special Projects Unit. This role is central to managing all operational, logistical, and financial aspects of each project, ensuring schedules, budgets and quality standards are met. Acting as the operational bridge between the creative vision and production execution, the Project Manager ensures smooth communication across departments, alignment with project objectives and timely delivery of milestones.
