Location: Assago, Italy About the Position The Real Estate Developer reports to the Senior Real Estate Development Manager and coordinates the implementation of development plans in line with Burger King Restaurants Italy policies, national guidelines, and the Development Strategy objectives for its territorial area. Responsibilities Develop and execute territorial implementation of corporate-level development plans. Achieve Real Estate Development objectives at the territorial level. Prepare, review, and submit real estate dossiers to the Department Director for Investment Committee approval. Coordinate with the Construction department to obtain feasibility analyses and support construction performance.



Negotiate terms and conditions with landlords, property owners, and agents, and prepare contracts following internal approvals. Manage rental or company lease renewals. Support Legal and Operations departments in managing property-related issues and in negotiating extensions or remodel agreements. Qualifications Maximum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Development within the retail, food retail, or QSR sector. Availability to cover Eastern Emilia and the Central Italy areas of Tuscany, Marche, Umbria, and Sardinia. Proven experience in scouting, analyzing, and developing new commercial locations. Hands‐on experience negotiating with landlords, property owners, real estate agents, and stakeholders.
