Your Opportunity The Program Manager is responsible for the development of projects up to commercial release, including budget control, quality, product cost, and time to market. You will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing multiple projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross‐functional teams, including engineering, product development, innovation, supply‐chain, and sales. Your Mission As Program Manager, your missions will be: Project Planning and Execution: develop project plans, outlining scope, goals, timelines; collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient execution and resource allocation; monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Management: establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members to ensure effective communication and alignment, especially during TG validation preparation; conduct regular status updates and progress reports using company tools (eg. Sciforma). Budget and Resource Management:
develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints; develop regular outlooks in compliance with company policy; secure respect of full‐life development cost. Quality Control and Assurance: monitor and evaluate project outcomes aligning with stakeholders; secure alignment with Sidel guidelines in terms of quality focus, modularity & standardization ambitions; stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies for efficient project management; secure development and introduction of new best practices in program management through digitalization, new tools and by growing transversally across different platforms.
