Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement using structured tools and data‐driven problem solving. Manage maintenance (TPM) and maintain constructive relationships with the Workers Council in collaboration with HR. Responsabilità Extensive experience in industrial/manufacturing operations in complex metal-mechanical environments. Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly processes; end-to-end production flow and capacity management. Proven multi-level team leadership in fast-paced, high-pressure settings. Experience with Italian labor laws and Workers Council relations. Strong Lean, continuous improvement, and KPI-driven performance mindset. Analytical and resilient with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
