Experteer Overview In this role you drive the start-up and industrialization of a new MDO production line for CPP-films, partnering with production, QC and R&D; to bring new products to life. You ensure stable processes, high output and quality while applying best‐practice problem solving on the shop floor. You provide technical leadership and transfer knowledge to team leaders and operators. This position offers hands‐on work in a fast‐evolving packaging environment with meaningful impact on product performance and efficiency. quality and efficiency Act as a problem solver and implement best practices Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to shopfloor teams Responsibilities Master's degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related technical field) or equivalent by experience 5+ years of experience on MDO or BOPP lines, ideally in film industry Strong hands‐on operational mindset with machines Solid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP‐film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties) Experience in process troubleshooting and upscaling Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) Strong team player and communicator able to connect with R&D; and production #J-18808-Ljbffr
