Define and manage the integration architecture across all connected systems (CRM, HR, MES, DWH, e Commerce) in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and System Integration teams. Ensure data consistency, process integrity, and compliance with security, privacy, and quality standards across all ERP processes.



Provide technical leadership to implementation partners and internal development teams, including AI‐driven development processes and automated testing. Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs, technical specifications, and best‐practice customization strategies. Support global rollouts, new module implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining architecture documentation and governance standards. Evaluate and adopt innovative Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure, AI, Copilot) and contribute to shaping the ERP & CRM roadmap.
