Overview of the role The Energy Transition team within our Energy unit is looking for Senior Control & Instrumentation Engineers to strengthen the existing C&I; team; providing advisory and design capabilities across a variety of power and energy projects types and technologies in a growing portfolio, supporting our clients in the UK and across Europe as part of the energy transition.



Key responsibilities and duties include: Working on projects in a variety of stages of maturity, including Owner's Engineer, Design Review, Feasibility Studies, FEED Studies and Detailed Design. There will be opportunities for site work during project development, construction and commissioning Preparation of C&I; deliverables such as equipment specifications, control philosophies, calculations, equipment datasheets, loop drawings, cable block diagrams, general arrangement drawings, cable routing drawings, reviewing P&IDs; and other process information Participation in safety reviews (HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA) Coordinate C&I; delivery on multi-disciplinary project, interfacing with other disciplines, project engineer, project manager and customer Working with the project team to develop cost-effective, efficient and innovative solutions to complex problems to create practical designs based on these solutions Working with equipment ve
