Job Description The Implementation & Lifecycle Service Offering Lead (Thermal Chain) owns Vertiv's thermal services and NPDI strategy — including the liquid cooling and high-density portfolio. This is a critical growth area driven by the explosive demand from AI data centres and high-density compute environments, requiring dedicated end-to-end ownership to move faster than the market. You'll own the thermal service offering evolution from conceptualization through deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement, driving adoption and technical acceleration so that thermal solutions are firmly embedded into customer operations. You'll shape the NPDI pipeline, set pricing strategy, monitor market signals, and coordinate across the Power Train Lead and key stakeholders to deliver a coherent, growth-ready thermal portfolio.
