Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the hotel’s sales and drive revenue growth across Rooms, F&B;, Spa and Events. You will shape the integrated commercial strategy in line with brand guidelines, coordinate with Revenue and Marketing, and ensure market-relevant initiatives. You’ll use data and market insight to capture demand and optimize profitability, while fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver commercial performance. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership position at a flagship luxury property within a renowned global group.

- Develop and implement the integrated commercial strategy and business outlook
- Prepare annual sales budget, marketing plan, and commercial forecasts with Revenue and Marketing teams
- Use data/market intelligence to monitor trends and adapt strategies to demand




- Identify future revenue opportunities across segments and translate insights into actionable plans with KPIs
- Foster collaboration across Sales, Revenue, Marketing and operations to achieve performance
- Define pricing, inventory controls, segmentation, channels and source-market strategies with Director of Revenue
- Oversee sales strategies and ensure alignment with Regional Offices, Corporate Revenue, Marketing and on-property leadership
- Evaluate sales channels, optimize deployment, and allocate budgets to maximise ROI
- Lead event-specific revenue strategies and timely handling of reservations to capture demand
- Collaborate with Marketing to design campaigns supporting commercial objectives
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and leverage digital platforms for awareness and conversion
- Review campaign results and adjust plans to improve effectiveness
