Key Responsibilities
- Support in the preparation and management of internship agreements and employment offers
- Assistancein drafting and managing commitment letters and hiring letters
- Manage HR documentation and data entry activities
- Respect to thedeadlines
- Proficiencyin MS Office




- Professional attitude and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

What You Need to Succeed
- Belonging to protected categories (Law 68/99)
- Master’s Degree in Economicsor related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem‑solving mindset.
- High levelof accuracy, organizational skills, and proactivity.
- Excellent command of Excel and solidproficiencyin PowerPoint.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Curiosity, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and structured environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
