Responsabilità




- BSc or MSc in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related fields
- 5-6 years of experience in marketing/communication, preferably in agencies or multinational environments
- Strong experience in Media Planning Digital (Performance); offline advantageous
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proven people management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Project management experience for complex campaigns
- Strategic thinking within Dentsu or similar frameworks
- Negotiation and influence skills
- Market insight for strategy refinement
- Budget management and collaboration with activation teams
- Buying strategy understanding and media optimization
- Cross-media coordination for integrated campaigns
