Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive end‑to‑end logistics excellence across the manufacturing network. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize material flows, packaging, and transport, aiming to improve cost, service and sustainability. You’ll lead standardization, digital tooling adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives in an international setting. This is a hands‑on position at a global company shaping intelligent hydraulics, offering meaningful impact on how products move from plants to customers.

- Coordinate and standardize material flow processes across the division's manufacturing plants
- Lead packaging optimization initiatives including master data management and sustainability compliance
- Support transportation management by collaborating with sites on carrier performance and cost reduction
- Monitor logistics quality, inventory performance, and KPIs, driving corrective actions
- Contribute to logistics controlling, cost‑saving initiatives, and network optimization projects




- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation in logistics tools and applications
- Facilitate workshops and knowledge‑sharing to promote standards across plants
- Collaborate with cross‑functional and international stakeholders to deliver aligned logistics initiatives

Responsabilità
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Experience in logistics and supply chain operations in international manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; Power BI is an advantage
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong project management, analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Good command of English; additional languages helpful
