Experteer Overview
In this role you will help improve on‑site construction by influencing engineering design to ensure safe, on‑time delivery within work hour budgets and quality standards. You will collaborate with site teams and cross‑functional partners to resolve design issues and streamline construction activities in offshore and onshore projects. The role supports the broader energy transition by enabling efficient execution of subsea, platform, and wind infrastructure. You will work in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment with a strong emphasis on problem‑solving and disciplined execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate discipline activities with the Completions Manager
- Coordinate with Site QA/QC on final inspection, punch list, and as‑built drawings; manage RFIs and Field Work Order Requests
- Supervise Site Document Management and ensure proper filing and correspondence
- Prepare drawings for special construction equipment, scaffolds, workstations, and aids
- Arrange procurement, fabrication, and installation of required items




- Manage Engineering support on site through Project Manager at the home office
- Provide on‑site engineering support for acceptance or checkout
- Manage RFIs and document control through turnover systems
- Capture daily progress in Work Face Planning software from Foremen inputs
- Analyze daily progress and schedule performance
- Conduct weekly planning meetings with Superintendents and generate IWPs
- Submit WRFIs for material requests and track delivery
- Interface with Construction Supervisor, Project Controls, and subcontractors to update WLA and WWP
- Record and share Lessons Learned from IWPs

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Moderate knowledge of MDR construction procedures, progress systems, material management, document management, and timekeeping systems
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Access
