Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead a portfolio of related projects to deliver value aligned with strategic goals. You’ll define program objectives, scope, and roadmaps, and develop plans, milestones, and success metrics across projects. You’ll coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage dependencies, and ensure timely, within‑budget delivery while addressing risks and stakeholder needs. Based in Turin, you’ll help scale how Arduino programs drive impact across engineering, education, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Set program objectives, scope, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Develop program plans, milestones, and success metrics
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and dependencies across projects
- Ensure timely delivery within defined scope and budget
- Monitor progress via KPIs and provide stakeholder updates
- Manage operational processes, logistics, prototypes, and delivery
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee stakeholder communication and maintain cross‑team relationships
- Data‑driven decision making
- Experience in agile, cross‑functional environments
- Excellent communication bridging technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Strong ownership and proactive problem‑solving
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in English; Italian is a strong plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Knowledge of hardware lifecycle and embedded systems is a premio
