Experteer OverviewIn this role you drive growth of the service portfolio by shaping and executing sales strategies, from technical offers to long-term contracts. You will work closely with operations, engineering and product teams to deliver value to customers in the energy sector. You’ll monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and manage a proactive service pipeline to boost profitable service adoption. This role blends technical understanding with negotiation and relationship-building to scale aftermarket solutions across Italy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement service sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Prepare technical offers and quotations ensuring target margins
- Identify new opportunities and expand service market share across energy segments
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and understand their needs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract renewals
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adapt strategies
- Collaborate with operations,



engineering and product management to ensure service delivery
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report performance to senior management
- Analyze Installed Base to create proactive service offerings to drive growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in service sales management in energy/power/industrial sectors
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of service contracts, maintenance agreements, and aftermarket solutions
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills for sales data and market trends
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in Italian and English; willi
