GyanSys Inc. is seeking a fulltime freelance Network Support Engineer near Lombardy, Italy. This role involves leading the day-to-day IT operations to ensure that IT Systems and Platforms are functioning properly.
The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience in IT Networking, Cloud Computing, Infrastructure, and Security. A good understanding of the ITSM Framework (ITIL) is required, with a preference for ITIL Foundations certification. Fluency in Italian (min. C1) and English (written & spoken) is also necessary.
