As a Consultant in BCG’s Capital Projects Excellence, you support end-to-end planning, delivery, and recovery of large capital projects across energy and related sectors. You work with cross-functional teams to diagnose challenges, design solutions, and drive lasting impact on complex programs. You leverage AI-enabled and digital approaches to strengthen project delivery and risk management. This role combines deep technical know-how with strategic thinking to help clients maximize value and deliver major infrastructure programs.

- Support project recovery, portfolio optimization, value assurance, and delivery excellence for large capital projects and infrastructure programs
- Contribute specialized capabilities in project delivery, controls, contracting, economics, and risk management
- Apply AI-enabled and digital solutions to improve delivery, controls, and decision-making
- Develop intellectual capital, methodologies,



and proprietary tools within Large Capital Projects Excellence and collaborate across BCG teams

Responsabilità
- 5-8+ years of experience in Large Capital Projects, preferably in energy or other capital-intensive sectors
- Proven track record with megaprojects, major infrastructure, EPC, or CAPEX-intensive programs
- Ability to balance priorities, align stakeholders, and deliver under complex conditions
- Strong knowledge of contracting strategies, project economics, controls, scheduling, cost management, and risk management
- Familiarity with digital and AI-enabled approaches to project delivery and risk management is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical rigor, and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement with technical and executive audiences
