What you’ll achieve
As an ISAE – Global Inbound, you will handle inbound requests from new and existing customers and partners across multiple countries,
consulting on how Dell Technologies’ products and services fit into their solutions and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
You will:
- Respond to inbound emails, web inquiries and phone calls from global customers and partners, providing timely and high-quality support
- Qualify and develop inbound leads, understanding customer needs and matching them with the right Dell Technologies solutions and services
- Collaborate closely with Outside Sales Representatives, channel partners and internal specialist teams to progress opportunities and close deals
- Manage a high volume, fast-paced inbound pipeline, ensuring accurate documentation, follow-up and opportunity management in our systems
- Deliver a world‑class customer experience on every interaction, representing Dell Technologies’ values and brand across all touchpoints
