Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Campaign Performance Improvement Expert to join our team and drive performance optimization across the market. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in monitoring campaign success, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement, and facilitating communication between teams to resolve complex issues. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering impactful solutions and collaborating closely with market leaders and HQ.

You will:




- Monitor Campaign Performance: Track the status of campaigns, identify underperforming areas, and elevate complex cases to market leadership and HQ as needed;
- Support Strategy Development: Participate in shaping effective market-level strategies by gathering insights and collaborating on improvement initiatives;
- Oversee Implementation: Monitor and ensure implementation of campaign recommendations to drive performance;
- Create Action Plan: Develop tailored action plans to address campaign challenges;
- Recommend Improvement: Provide recommendations for campaign improvements and support teams in adopting best practices;
- Analyse Market Issue: Identify patterns in campaign issues, escal ...;
- Gather Knowledge: Collect and share insights on market-specific Attribution Models, methodologies, and practices;
- Optimize Process: Streamline campaign integration processes to prevent common issues
