Responsibilities

Tasks and responsibilities
The Senior Associate / Junior Vice President will actively support and lead several aspects of deal execution, including:
- Managing the day-to-day execution of M&A; transactions from early-stage analysis to closing
- Coordinating and overseeing due diligence workflows (financial, legal, tax, commercial, etc.) with internal and external stakeholders
- Drafting, reviewing and supervising preparation of key transaction materials, such as teasers, information memoranda, management presentations and process documentation
- Leading valuation workstreams, including financial modelling, business plan analysis and contribution to transaction structuring
- Supporting negotiation phases,



working closely with senior team members and external advisors
- Collaborating across teams (industry groups, country teams, ECM/DCM, leveraged finance, etc.) during origination and execution
- Managing timelines, deliverables and execution risks, ensuring high-quality output under tight deadlines

Profile required
Studies & experience
- 5–7 years of experience in Investment Banking at a top-tier investment bank or reputable M&A; boutique
- Strong academic background from a leading university or business school

Language skills
- Italian: C2
- English: C1

Technical, operational & Soft skills
- Proven understanding of the Italian private equity landscape and M&A; market dynamics
- Solid knowledge of transaction documentation and deal structuring mechanics
- Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of wo
