IS&T; Workplace Operations Senior Specialist
The position is based in Rome. The IS&T; Workplace Operations Specialist reports to the IS&T; Unit Director and operates within a global luxury Group, contributing to the delivery and evolution of the Digital Workplace services across multiple regions and business units. The role ensures a premium, seamless end-user experience aligned with Maison and Group IS&T; standards and governance. It requires strong coordination with central IS&T; teams domains, regional IT functions, and corporate stakeholders to guarantee consistent service quality across the organization. This position is key in supporting high-end corporate users, boutiques and executive environments.

Job responsibilities
- Support and execute strategies to support, maintain and build modern digital workplaces by integrating collaboration tools, communication platforms, and user‑centric technologies to enhance employee experience and productivity;
- Identify and implement emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve the workplace environment,



including sustainable IT initiatives;
- Continuously assess and improve user experience through usability testing, feedback collection, and training programs to ensure alignment with user needs and business objectives;
- Lead engineering, operations, and governance of workplace technologies (endpoints, collaboration tools, mobility services) across corporate offices and boutiques, ensuring alignment with Brand and Group standards;
- Act as the main technical escalation point, providing expert‑level troubleshooting for complex or critical issues and driving root‑cause resolution;
- Deliver high‑quality technical support for executive users and premium environments;
- Collaborate with central IS&T; teams to contribute to architecture principles, governance, and strategic roadmaps;
