Responsibilities
- Assisting in delivering advice
- Working in local and international teams of lawyers
- Conducting legal research and case law studies
- Working on specialist financing matters including export credit finance, international trade finance and general corporate loans
- Advising on shipping and maritime issues and law
- Advising on the development and financing of renewable energy and infrastructure projects both in Italy and abroad

Qualifications
- Graduate in Law
- Fluent in English; knowledge of a third language is a plus
- Interest or first experience in banking transactions, structured finance, general corporate loans and trade finance
- Interest in real estate and M&A; transactions, especially in energy and infrastructure sectors, is supportive
- Passion for client service
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical,



technical and drafting skills
- Energetic, driven and focused individual with exceptional academic achievements and capacity to deliver quality advice accurately and efficiently
