Key Responsibilities
- SHIFT WORK – Some of the roles within this organization are shift-based; readiness & availability to work rotating shifts, including mornings, late nights, and weekends, is required for this position.
- SAFETY – Follow and maintain the highest safety standards and diligently encourage a world‑class safety culture. Own the safety initiatives and projects to foster a strong safety culture.
- DATA CENTER OPERATIONS (DCO)
- Diagnosing hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs
- Troubleshooting events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Performing root cause analysis of equipment failures
- Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required (weight limits in accordance with regulations)
- Engage other appropriate solutions groups on more complex problems to drive solutions
Location & Travel
Our data centers are located in remote areas outside Milan, where access via public transport may be limited. Therefore, a valid EU driving license is required for this role. Local travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
Work Schedule
This is a 100% onsite in‑person position due to the hands‑on nature of managing mission‑critical infrastructure and data center industry.
