HR Advisory and Support Provide guidance to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, including:* Employment benefits and regulatory compliance* Absenteeism management and reintegration* Local accountability for compensation processes* HR programs and administrative matters* Mobility and flexible work arrangements* Engagement and retention initiatives* Performance management* Employee relations2.
