The Specification Engineer will engage with engineering consultancies, design authorities, and end-users involved in high-value or standardized projects, positioning Eaton as the preferred partner early in the project lifecycle.The core objective is to secure early visibility of opportunities and proactively shape project specifications,



ensuring Eaton’s solutions are embedded from the design phase. This role also plays a critical part in identifying untapped opportunities, systematically tracking projects where Eaton is not yet specified, and ensuring full visibility through Salesforce and internal in this position requires strong cross-functional alignment with Project Sales Engineers, agents, and internal teams to accelerate pipeline progression and maximize conversion.
