Owning Projects End-to-End: Managing projects on new processes, workflows, internal tools and systems — from ideation and analysis to implementation, monitoring of results and optimization.
Scaling Product-Ops Across Europe: Implementing the Product-Ops strategy in Italy, France, Austria and Germany, standardizing processes and tailoring best practices to each market’s unique characteristics.
