Position Summary
Bushings Sales Specialist – Sesto San Giovanni, Italy. This role manages the Inquiry‑to‑Order (ITO) process for the Bushings product line, supporting technical and commercial activities from customer inquiry through to quotation submission. You will join the Global Bushings Sales Team and collaborate with Sales, Tendering, Procurement, Supply Chain and Engineering teams to deliver competitive, technically sound, and customer‑focused proposals.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries across the full ITO process, including technical definition, costing, and price generation.
- Support Sales Managers with technical input and commercial coordination for customer proposals.
- Define technical solutions that meet customer specifications, collaborating with Tendering teams when needed.
- Establish product costing and lead times with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Tendering stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate tracking of technical specifications and costing data to support contract execution.




- Contribute to a strong handover into the OTR phase to enable successful product customization and implementation.
- Resolve technical and commercial support issues using sound judgment and escalating complex matters when required.

Qualifications
- Dynamic, commercially‑mindful, and technically strong professional with cross‑functional collaboration experience.
- Ability to manage documentation, process tracking, and quotation activity with strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of customer specifications and translation into practical technical solutions.
- Expertise in technical support, costing, quotation preparation, and lead‑time definition.
- Strong command of English; Italian considered an advantage.
- Interest in the electrical industry; experience in power transmission or distribution considered a plus.
- Formal education and a subsequent university Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
