We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our new adidas Originals store in Via del Babuino , one of the most iconic shopping destinations in the city.
As a Store Manager, you will drive performance, lead and inspire your team, and deliver an exceptional consumer experience in a premium retail environment.
Your role & impact:
Lead the full management of the store, ensuring its commercial success and driving profitability by:
- Achieving and exceeding sales and profit targets.
- Managing all store resources to deliver an excellent shopping experience for customers.
- Ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement in sales, productivity and store profitability.
- Ensure compliance with legal and financial standards, safeguarding the store’s integrity.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, driving customer service excellence and team performance.

- Plan and manage staff schedules effectively, ensuring smooth store operations and service delivery.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, consistently reflecting adidas values and culture.

- Ensure consistent execution of Visual Merchandising and in-store communication standards.
- Manage stock flow efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries and product availability on the sales floor.
