The Group's main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements. Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable recruiting processes, KPIs, and governance standards. Monitor and resolve issues (e.g., hiring delays, process bottlenecks, inefficiencies), driving concrete and sustainable solutions. Partner with the business to anticipate hiring needs and improve hiring quality and effectiveness. Build a strong partnership with HR Business Partners to align Talent Acquisition strategies with business priorities. Collaborate closely with the Compensation & Benefits Co E and People Development Co E to ensure an integrated approach to talent attraction, reward, and development. Define and govern the Internal Job Posting process, promoting internal mobility in close collaboration with the People Development Co E to support career growth,



capability development, and talent retention. Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition, introducing innovative solutions, tools, and ways of working. Promote a data‐driven approach focused on efficiency, candidate experience, and accountability. Act as a cultural change driver, fostering new ways of working and strengthening collaboration across the organization. Manage external recruitment partners (e.g., agencies and headhunters), including performance analysis, vendor evaluation, and development of strategic partnerships to ensure quality, speed, and cost‐effectiveness in hiring processes. Contribute to the evolution of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring alignment between talent attraction strategy, company values, and employee experience. Support and shape the corporate Employer Branding strategy, ensuring a consistent positioning and approach
