We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content and Commerce Associate with a focus on TikTok, but also supporting our other social media channels. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of the TikTok platform, trends, and user behaviour to create engaging content, drive brand awareness, and optimize social commerce strategies.




You will work closely with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to amplify our brand presence and convert followers into customers.

Produce engaging and high-quality short-form video content that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
Collaborate with influencers and creators to co-create content that resonates with target demographics.

Social Commerce Execution
Integrate e-commerce strategies into TikTok content, utilizing features like TikTok Shop, product links, and live streaming commerce.
Track the performance of commerce-related content and optimize for click-through rates, conversions, and sales.
Work with the e-commerce team to ensure seamless alignment of product promotions and availability.

Community Engagement
Actively manage TikTok community interactions, including responding to comments, DMs, and user-generated content.
