As an OEM Sales Manager (f/m/d) , you will drive profitable growth with key industrial customers across Europe by securing design‐ins, expanding platform penetration, and building long‐term commercial relationships. You will work cross‐functionally with sales, engineering, product management,



and supply chain teams to identify new business opportunities and deliver value to customers. This role combines strategic account development, technical sales, and commercial execution to grow Littelfuse's presence with leading OEMs. About The Job Develop and execute strategic 12‐24‐month account plans for key OEM customers across Europe to drive sustainable revenue growth. Identify, create, and convert new business opportunities by securing design‐ins and increasing platform penetration within customer applications. Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and leadership levels. Lead commercial activities including pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and agreement management to ensure profitable growth. Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activities, ensuring visibility and discipline in tracking opportunities and design‐in funnel.
