Job Summary The Project Management Office (PMO) Manager serves as a centralized function responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enforcing standards for New Product Introduction (NPI) execution within the factory. It ensures that projects are effectively planned, executed, and delivered in alignment with organizational goals. This role plays a key role in driving consistency, governance, and control—enabling the organization to deliver the right projects efficiently and in the right way.
