Experteer Overview In this role you will drive continuous improvement of logistics processes across the manufacturing network, aligning with the overall supply chain strategy. You will optimise end‑to‑end material flows, promote best practices, and deliver performance gains in cost, service, quality, and sustainability. You’ll work with cross‑functional and international teams to implement digital tools and standardise packaging and logistics practices. This is a hands‑on, impact‑driven position in a global logistics environment.Responsibilities
Coordinate and standardise material flow processes across manufacturing plants.
Lead packaging optimisation initiatives, including master data management and sustainability compliance.
Support transportation management and carrier performance improvements.
Monitor logistics quality, inventory and KPIs; implement corrective actions.
Contribute to logistics controlling, cost‑saving initiatives and network optimisation projects.
Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation; promote logistics toolsadoption.




Facilitate workshops and knowledge sharing to promote standards across plants.
Collaborate with cross‑functional and international stakeholders to align with business objectives.
Qualifications
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or related experience.
Experience in logistics and supply chain operations, preferably in international manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems; advanced MS Office; Power BI is a plus.
Knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong project management, analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across functions.
Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
