Experteer Overview Join MotorK’s Finance team in Milan as a Junior Financial Reporting & Consolidation Specialist Intern. You will help ensure financial integrity across entities, contributing to IFRS-compliant consolidated statements and precise month- and year-end closes. You’ll support intercompany reconciliations and the enhancement of reporting systems, while assisting audits. This role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing tech‑driven automotive environment and a path to develop core financial reporting skills.Responsibilities
- Prepare consolidated financial statements in IFRS and other standards
- Support month‑end and year‑end close processes
- Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances across entities
- Improve financial reporting systems, databases,



and software
- Assist with audits by providing information and documentation

Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress)
- Good understanding of financial reporting, consolidation processes, IFRS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial reporting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Team‑oriented with adaptability to changing priorities
- Big4 audit experience is a plus
