How You Will Make An Impact
- Oversee supply chain management activities for R&D; projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timely execution.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing updates on supply chain performance and its impact on projects.
- Integrate supply chain insights into R&D; to optimize cost, quality and technical performance,



aligning team efforts.
- Develop value chains for new products, focusing on total cost of ownership while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and resources, identifying and addressing bottlenecks in material flow.
- Analyze supply chain data to ensure compliance with regulations and uphold quality standards through regular audits.
- Identify supply chain risks impacting R&D; timelines, developing strategies to mitigate these effectively.
- Incorporate sustainability into supply chain management, supporting R&D;’s commitment to sustainable practices.

Your Background
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or R&D.;
- Experience with sourcing materials and managing supplier relationships, including related tools and processes.
