Experteer Overview In this role you will support Technical Due Diligence for property acquisitions and developments across asset classes in Milan. You will work within a cross‑functional team to assess MEP systems, perform cost estimates, and ensure compliance with building regulations. You’ll contribute to site inspections, technical reports, and feasibility studies that inform investment decisions. - Support purchase and sale reviews of properties with an MEP focus, including document reviews, inspections, and technical assessments
- Prepare reports and cost estimates, and assess building regulations and legal requirements
- Conduct condition assessments of MEP trades (HVAC, ventilation, sanitation, electrical, BMS/BAS, elevators, fire protection)
- Participate in internal quality control and project monitoring for new and existing buildings
- Develop feasibility studies within interdisciplinary teams
Responsabilità
- 2–3 years of experience in project management, planning in the MEP field, technical assessment, or technical property/asset management
- University degree in building services engineering, facility management, or a comparable qualification
- Ability to assess construction/refurbishment costs and perform condition assessments
- In‑depth MEP knowledge with interest in other trades and teamwork in a diverse environment
- Knowledge of relevant MEP standards and guidelines
- Flexible, proactive, with good communication and professional presentation
- Willingness to travel within Sweden
- Fluent Swedish and good English (or good Swedish with fluent English)
