Research Focus Our research focuses on computational and statistical modeling of cancer evolution and tumor–microenvironment interactions, integrating bulk, single-cell, and spatial transcriptomics data.



We develop novel computational methods and reproducible bioinformatics pipelines for translational cancer research.
