Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and analyzing industrial performance: production costs, efficiency, variances between standard and actual.
- Budget preparation and follow‑up: mid‑term plan, annual budget, forecasts, monthly revisions.
- Financial reporting: dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), ad hoc analyses, and group consolidation.
- Cost control: analysis of direct and indirect costs, identification of optimization opportunities.
- Participation in continuous improvement: advising entity managers and operational teams, digitalization, and reporting automation.
- Collaboration with operational teams and group functions: production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, finance, human resources.

Profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Management Control,



or Business/Engineering School
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in industrial controlling, ideally in an international environment.
- Proficiency in reporting tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, ERP such as SAP).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and rigor.
- Ability to work in cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively.
- English proficiency required – minimum B2 level (frequent interactions with international teams).
- Experience in the automotive or industrial sector is a strong asset.

Offer
- Salary range: from 38.000 € to 42.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements.
- Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
