Job responsibilities
- Manage operations of product deliveries and restocking both the stockroom and the sales floor.
- Effectively manage stock levels, interacting with the supply chain.
- Ensure efficient organization of the Back of House.
- Manage product transfers.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and contribute to achieving store performance targets.
- Manage inventory.
- Implement new processes/projects related to logistics and Back of House organization.
- Support sales activities and provide customer assistance. Profile
- Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility.
- Proactivity and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel and ease in using IT systems.
- Proficiency in English (B2);
knowledge of additionallanguages will be considered a plus.
- Availability to work on weekends.
