We design and deliver assessment solutions across the talent lifecycle—from early talent to senior leadership—providing insights that drive development, performance, and business success.




What You’ll Do
As an Intern in TI&A; , you will support the design, analysis, and delivery of assessment and talent insight solutions for global clients. You will work closely with senior team members and contribute to both the analytical and content development aspects of our projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the design and development of assessment solutions (e.g., exercises, surveys, interview guides, feedback reports)
- Assisting in the analysis of assessment data and contributing to insight generation
- Supporting competency model development and talent frameworks
- Assisting in the design and analysis of 360º feedback and other survey tools
- Preparing client‑ready materials, including presentations and reports
- Supporting project delivery (mainly virtual)
- Conducting research and contributing to internal knowledge and thought leadership
- Collaborating with international teams
