Communicate information to customers and partners in parallel
Contact warehouse and other subcontractors
Inform and advise customers on formalities of international movement of goods




Monitor the quality of service center services
Create SOPs when required to support the offshoring process
Troubleshoot proactively to find suitable solutions for customers
A four-year BS/BA degree is preferred, not required.
Prefer at least two (2) years of experience handling import trafficking functions with a freight forwarder/broker.
Two to three (2-3) years of experience in customer service duties.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced office.
Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required.
Candidate must be PC literate with MS Office applications.
