- Executive Assistance : provide comprehensive support to the Country Business Manager in daily activities concerning clients, the team, and general organization, including constant monitoring of appointments and project timelines.
- Event Coordination : assist in the organization and facilitation of company and team events/calls, coordinating logistics from both a local and international perspective.
- Documentation & Reporting : prepare and finalize critical documents such as reports, meeting materials, and memos.
- Operational Team Support : offer operational assistance to the team, including tasks such as due diligence processes for new partners.
- External Communications : provide support for media relations and contribute to marketing and communications initiatives.
- Congress and Event Management :



assist with the process and agreements related to congresses, events, and speaker activities (e.G., using internal compliance platforms).
- Product Manager Collaboration : support one or more Product Portfolio Managers and/or Product Managers in specific delegated tasks.
