In this HR Business Partner role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Technogym's international markets. You'll shape people strategies to drive growth, effectiveness, and a values-led, performance-oriented culture. You will manage the full employee lifecycle within a matrix organization and collaborate with global HQ teams to align plans with market practices. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to develop talent, onboard new hires, and use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
