We are looking for a Junior Business Controller based in MILAN.Main activities and responsibilities:
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Contribute to monthly closing activities, including margins analysis and variance analysis versus budget and forecast.
- Support the monitoring of business performance across channels and regions, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support the development and maintenance of detailed cost-saving trackers and performance files.
- Support the preparation of reports related to sales campaigns and delivery performance.
- Manage and monitor intercompany transactions, ensuring proper allocation of product and service flows.




- Support pricing analysis activities, including monitoring price positioning, discount dynamics, and impact on margins.
- Support ad hoc analyses and business requests, with a proactive and problem‑solving approach.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in economics
- 1/2 years of working experience in similar role within international and structured organizations
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of SAP and Tagetik reporting system is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
