In this role, you will join our dynamic environmental team in Italy and contribute to impactful projects at both local and international levels.Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of environmental projects across all stages of the project lifecycle, adding value and driving high‑quality outcomes.
- Provide technical support to the Milan team across a range of environmental services, including permitting, planning, environmental and social impact assessments, due diligence reviews, and compliance audits.
- Support initiatives related to energy transition and climate‑focused projects.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures in quality, environmental management, sustainability, and health & safety.
- Actively contribute to and promote key company values, including technical excellence, innovation,
sustainability, health and safety, and inclusion and diversity.
- Approach assigned tasks with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues and project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in environmental consultancy or permitting.
- Solid understanding of key environmental permitting regulations (e.G., AIA, AUA, VIA).
- Good knowledge of core EHS regulations and sustainability principles.
- Strong data management and reporting capabilities.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken;
additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, remain adaptable, and work independently.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
