Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Grow the Cochlear Implants and Bone Conduction business in the region. Develop and maintain strong relationships with ENT surgeons, audiologists, and hospital decision-makers. Identify new opportunities while strengthening ties with existing customers. Support marketing initiatives, congresses,



and local awareness events. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Participate in national and international events to promote Cochlear solutions. Technical & Clinical Support Provide pre-, intra-, and post‐surgical technical support in hospitals and clinics. Train healthcare professionals on Cochlear implants and acoustics technology. Assist with complex case mappings, integrity tests, and troubleshooting. Advise clinics on documentation, best practices, and clinical studies. Support customers in organizing local workshops and training sessions. Build and maintain strong relationships with Directors, ENT Surgeons, Audiologists, Engineers, and Speech Therapists. Support clinics in tendering processes and procurement negotiations. Promote after‐sales products and services, identifying growth opportunities. Manage activities and insights through Salesf
