Role Overview To strengthen the Marketing and Communication team, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the development and positioning of the Business Unit Advisory. The candidate will define and execute marketing initiatives aligned with the Group’s commercial and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the BU Advisory marketing plan in line with the Group strategy.
- Collaborate with BU and Sales teams to understand priorities, services, target markets, and commercial goals.
- Develop marketing and commercial content, including presentations, brochures, service sheets, case studies, articles, newsletters, and campaign materials.




- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, distinctive, customer‑oriented messages.
- Design and coordinate lead generation, digital marketing, and account‑based marketing campaigns.
- Support events, webinars, workshops, and business‑development initiatives.
- Highlight success stories, partnerships, expertise, and projects of the BU.
- Collaborate on editorial planning and content for corporate and digital channels.
- Monitor marketing performance using KPIs, reports, and result analysis.
- Manage databases, CRM, leads, and follow‑up activities with the commercial team.
- Coordinate vendors, agencies, and external partners when necessary.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Ability to understand and promote complex, high‑content consulting or technical services.
- Experience creating marketing and commercial content.
- Strong knowledge of main digital marke
