Overview In this role you will be the main contact for Holidu hosts in South Tyrol, guiding them through listing and onboarding on our platform. You’ll ensure smooth go-lives, address post-booking queries, and collaborate with product and content teams to optimize onboarding. You’ll build strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and translate data into actionable account plans. Expect a dynamic, team-oriented environment with opportunities to shape our host community.Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for South Tyrol hosts and advise on platform usage
- Coordinate go-live of vacation rentals and handle post-booking inquiries to maintain high service levels
- Collaborate with product and content teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain and grow relationships with key hosts through regular business reviews




- Analyze existing data to improve account performance and develop solution-oriented strategies
- Organize lead generation and networking events to build a host community

Qualifications
- Experience in account management, tourism, or other customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills with a calm, friendly demeanor
- Customer-centric, problem-solving attitude
- Interest in new technologies and the travel industry
- Near-native German and fluent English;
Italian is a plus
- Driver’s license
